1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using BintiPlus ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Description

BintiPlus provides a subscription-based streaming service that allows members to access entertainment content over the internet on supported devices. The Service and content are provided solely for personal, non-commercial use.

3. Membership and Billing

New members receive seven days of trial access. After the trial, choose a prepaid weekly, monthly, three-month, or yearly package. Checkout is handled by Flutterwave in Tanzanian shillings. Mobile money payments do not renew automatically; you must make a new payment to continue access. Package features and prices are shown before checkout.

• We remind you in the app and by push notification before expiry when notifications are enabled

4. Offline Viewing

Eligible mobile packages may offer encrypted offline movie downloads. Download access ends seven days after download or when your subscription ends, whichever occurs first. Availability depends on the title and rights.

5. Account Access and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of unauthorized access
• Not share your account with others outside your household
• Be responsible for all activity under your account

6. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to:

• Circumvent or disable any content protection mechanisms
• Download content except through designated features
• Share your account credentials with unauthorized users
• Use the Service for commercial purposes
• Reverse engineer or decompile any aspect of the Service

7. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on BintiPlus, including but not limited to videos, images, text, and software, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Content availability may vary and change without notice.

9. Limitation of Liability

BintiPlus shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
